Server Rules

All players are required to follow these rules, which are enforced by the Euro Pvp Test Administration. Penalties for violations are determined by the Administration and may include a permanent ban with no possibility of appeal. Unawareness of the rules is not a valid excuse.

 

1. Rights and Responsibilities of Both Parties

1.1. The Administration reserves the right to make any changes to the server without prior notice to players.
1.2. Unawareness of the rules does not excuse a violation. By completing registration on the server, you automatically agree to these rules.
1.3. All players are responsible for keeping themselves informed of any rule changes.
1.4. The Euro Pvp Test Administration accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from gameplay on this server.
1.5. The Administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent inability of any individual or group to access the server.
1.6. The Administration reserves the right to revoke server access for any user or subnet at any time and without providing a reason.
1.7. The Administration is not obligated to restore items, accounts, characters, or character attributes lost for any reason.
1.8. In the event of a server crash, the Administration will take all necessary steps to restore full service as quickly as possible.
1.9. Players must comply with all requirements and regulations set out in the Administration Agreement.
1.10. The account owner bears full responsibility for all actions performed under their account, regardless of who carried them out.
1.11. All players are responsible for ensuring their systems are free of prohibited software.
1.12. If a player witnesses a rule violation by a GM or another player, they have the right to submit a complaint with supporting evidence.
1.13. All accounts and their contents remain the property of the Euro Pvp Test Administration.
1.14. Disputing or challenging Administration decisions is strictly prohibited.
1.15. The Administration reserves the right to delete characters and accounts that have been inactive for more than 60 days.
1.16. The Administration reserves the right to monitor and intervene in gameplay whenever it deems necessary.
1.17. The Administration reserves the right not to investigate account compromise cases.
1.18. The Administration bears no responsibility for items lost as a result of scams between players.
1.19. When a rule is broken, the Administration alone determines the appropriate penalty for any player.
1.20. The Administration reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and without providing a reason.
1.21. Players are required to report any discovered bugs or irregularities to the Administration promptly.

 

2. Interaction with the Server Administration

2.1. Players should only contact the Administration when genuinely necessary. Any message to the Administration must clearly describe the player's issue or a question relevant to the server's operation.
2.2. Disrespectful conduct towards the Administration is strictly prohibited.
2.3. Threats, begging, or similar behaviour directed at the Administration – whether in-game or on the forum – is prohibited.
2.4. Attacking a GM without their prior consent is forbidden.
2.5. Interfering with a GM's work is forbidden.
2.6. Arguing with or challenging the decisions of a GM is prohibited.
2.7. Sending Party, Friend, Clan, Alliance, or Trade requests to a GM without their prior consent is prohibited.
2.8. Attempting to deceive the Administration is strictly forbidden.
2.9. Publishing conversations with GMs or their content without prior approval is prohibited.
2.10. Repeatedly pestering a GM (more than once every two days) to lift an imposed penalty is forbidden.
2.11. Publicly discussing penalties imposed by a GM is forbidden.
2.12. GMs do not intervene in normal gameplay except in cases of rule violations, planned events, or scheduled maintenance.
2.13. When a GM is nearby, all combat operations must be suspended, especially those directed at the character near which the GM is present.
2.14. For any issues, players may submit a complaint to support@green-sailor.com with supporting evidence (screenshots or video).
2.15. Spreading rumours or making false claims about the server or the Administration is forbidden.
2.16. Disputing or challenging a GM's decisions is prohibited.
2.17. In certain situations, the GM's ruling on a penalty is final and not subject to appeal.

 

3. Use of Third-Party Software and Gameplay Conduct

3.1. The use of software that simulates player presence in-game or disrupts normal server operation is strictly forbidden. This includes client modifications, replacements, or any tools that alter or assist gameplay in ways not intended by the game.
3.2. Unauthorised access to another player's game account is prohibited.
3.3. Threatening other players in any form is prohibited, unless it is part of an agreed roleplay scenario.
3.4. Posting messages in public chat that violate the laws of the United Kingdom is not permitted.
3.5. Buying or selling in-game items (Adena, weapons, armour, resources, etc.) for real money or equivalent electronic payment methods is strictly forbidden. Selling or transferring game characters and/or accounts in any form is also prohibited.
3.6. Transferring in-game items (Adena, weapons, armour, resources, etc.) between servers is prohibited. Exchanging game characters and/or accounts in any form, including within the same server, is not allowed.
3.7. Directly or indirectly advertising other online games is forbidden.
3.8. Publishing the contents of private conversations with any player without their prior consent is forbidden (exception: reporting a rule violation by another player).
3.9. Advertising or promoting sexual services and/or explicit or pornographic material is strictly prohibited.
3.10. Any expression of racism or nationalism is strictly prohibited.
3.11. Using misleading symbols in clan emblems or alliance banners during clan wars is prohibited, as this causes confusion in large-scale battles.
3.12. Creating situations in which players cannot identify an NPC without using /target {name} is forbidden.
3.13. Creating situations in which players are unable to pass through arches, narrow corridors, or similar passages is forbidden.

 

4. Exploiting Server Errors, Bugs and Cheats

4.1. Exploiting server errors, software bugs, or cheats of any kind is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Scanning the server for bugs or cheats is banned.
4.3. Killing monsters in a manner that prevents them from retaliating through means not intended by the game is forbidden.
4.4. Sharing information about server errors, software bugs, or cheats with other players is strictly forbidden.

 

5. Chat Conduct and Character Naming

5.1. Flooding public channels is prohibited. Buy, sell, and trade messages are permitted only in trade and hero chats, limited to one message per 60 seconds.
5.2. The use of offensive language or insults towards other players, in-game or on the forum, is strictly forbidden.
5.3. Clan names and abbreviations that insult other players or contain vulgar language are not permitted. Offending clans will be disbanded and the clan leader's account locked. Character names containing insults or vulgar language are also prohibited.
5.4. When creating a character, names that include reserved terms such as GM, Administrator, or the names of Administration members (past or present) are forbidden.
5.5. Impersonating a member of the Administration or an Administration representative is strictly forbidden.

 

6. Trade Conduct and Player Relations

6.1. Any fraudulent activity carried out with the intent to obtain another player's currency or items is prohibited.
6.2. Exploiting game interface flaws during trade – such as texture similarities or dropping items during a trade window – is forbidden.
6.3. Setting up a trade shop in locations that obstruct other players (arches, narrow passages, etc.) is prohibited.
6.4. The Administration will not restore items dropped on the ground by a player!

 

7. Recommendations

7.1. Be respectful and courteous in all interactions with other players and GMs.
7.2. Report any bugs or issues you discover to the Administration without delay.
7.3. When contacting the Administration, skip greetings and preliminary questions such as "are you there?", "can I ask something?" – go straight to the point.
7.4. Please write clearly and in grammatically correct English.

 

8. Rules for GMs & Support Staff

9.1. Artificially boosting the level or any other attribute of your own or another player's character is forbidden, except when required for testing, bug investigation, or event management.
9.2. Creating or joining clans is forbidden, even if the intention is only temporary.
9.3. Disrupting normal gameplay – including transferring items, assisting with upgrades, etc. – is prohibited, except during events, testing, or with the explicit approval of the head GM.
9.4. Joining a player group is forbidden unless the circumstances specifically require it.
9.5. Harassing or humiliating players is strictly prohibited.
9.6. Abusing GM privileges for personal gain is forbidden.
9.7. Teleporting players without their consent is forbidden, except when enforcing a rule violation.
9.8. Do not lure monsters into peaceful zones without the head GM's approval.
9.9. Deliberately forcing specific item drops from monsters is prohibited.
9.10. Making unsubstantiated defamatory statements about players on the server is prohibited.
9.11. Do not intervene in any in-game situation unless it constitutes a breach of server rules.

  • Chat ban
  • Character attribute modification
  • Removal of all or part of a character's inventory
  • Account ban
  • Character ban
  • IP address ban, and in exceptional cases an entire subnet
  • Imprisonment in-game
  • Revocation of the character's honorary title Nobless or Hero
  • Revocation of the Clan's Clan Hall
  • Revocation of the Clan's Castle

If any rule is violated, the administration reserves the right to determine the appropriate punishment at its own discretion.

Euro Pvp Test takes every possible measure to protect account security. However, players must also take responsibility for their own safety. Use alphanumeric passwords of at least 8 characters. Never share your password with anyone — experience shows that most account breaches are caused by people known to the player. GMs and support staff will never ask for your password. Please note that the administration does not restore items lost as a result of account compromise. Compromised accounts are permanently banned.
